In the state of Georgia, drivers are required to maintain a proper lookout for known and reasonably foreseeable automobiles and exercise ordinary care to avoid injuring other motorists. In this instance, the tow truck driver failed to comply with these regulations, so Attorneys Andrew Jones and Chase Swanson were able to prove his liability in the crash. The purpose of the legal claim brought by the victim was to obtain financial compensation for her suffrage.
