In July of 2010, Attorney Andrew Jones’ client was traveling in Cherokee County, Georgia<\/a> when she was involved in a serious car accident. While driving on Woodstock Parkway, she was rear-ended by another vehicle whose driver was following too closely and failed to stop.<\/p>\n

Our client was immediately transported via ambulance to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta for treatment. Throughout the following months, the 44-year-old underwent multiple surgeries and a vast amount of medical treatment.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the client had been in a separate automobile accident<\/a> three months prior to the crash in July. Although there was clear liability in the July crash, opposing council attempted to dispute whether the surgeries were a result of the previous crash. Attorney Jones was required to prove that the surgeries were a result of the second crash in order to receive compensation for his 44-year-old client. By working diligently and making use of medical professionals and experts, Mr. Jones was able to obtain a settlement in the amount of $325,000 for his injured client. She was able to use this compensation to pay for medical bills, loss of wages due to missed work, pain and suffering, and more. Attorney Jones’ successful claim took stress off the client so that she could concentrate on recovering from the car accident.<\/p>\n
